1 Cave with care and thought for the environment. 2 Disturb nothing whether living or geological. 3 Avoid touching formations. 4 Keep to marked routes and never cross conservation tapes. 5 Take nothing but photographs. 6 Do not pollute the cave, leave nothing behind.

Excellent pull through trip down Rowten Pot on Friday night - such an impressive cave. Beware of loose rocks on ledges though when pulling down ropes; I was struck by a rock at the bottom of the 2nd pitch. All fine but good job I wasn't looking up! Lots of "fun" pulling rope down first pitch.

If you've enjoyed his films he's put up on YouTube for free then maybe chuck in a couple of quid so he can come back to the UK for his birthday! Inspirational films and a long history of documenting some extraordinary caving adventures.
